Customer Advisor

Additionally, each advisor receives bonuses as soon as they reach 3 prospects per month.

Manager Customer Advisor

At Mood Consulting, we are looking for passionate and dynamic Customer Advisor Managers ready to play a key role in the growth of our sales team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising advisors, while ensuring they achieve their goals and maximize their performance.

Your mission:
Recruiting Customer Advisors
: You will be in charge of finding motivated talents, explaining the opportunities at Mood Consulting, and integrating them into our team.

Training and Support: You will train new advisors by providing them with the necessary tools and strategies to succeed in their role.

Performance Monitoring: You will be responsible for tracking the performance of each advisor, motivating them, and guiding them to reach their commission and sales targets.

As a Manager, your success will be directly linked to the performance of your team. You will play a crucial role in building a strong and productive team dynamic. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to benefit from attractive compensation programs, with commissions based on your team's results.
